Rooms under 300 seats typically need one FOH engineer. Larger sanctuaries, full-band worship, or separate monitor-world needs usually add a monitor engineer. Easter, Christmas, and other high-attendance services can add crew based on the run-of-show.
A standard quote covers the agreed crew call, front-of-house mix, sermon and worship mic support, and work with your existing house PA, console, and IEMs when they're usable. Additional crew, full PA deployments, extra monitors, streaming, holiday coverage, travel, or other rental gear are itemized instead of hidden in a bundle.
House-support coverage starts around $250 per night for weekly services. Partial and full production for special events typically runs $350–$800 per night; recurring weekly residencies can lower the per-night rate. Final pricing depends on the room, service format, crew, travel, and whether we use or supplement the house rig.
Mid-week services, youth nights, and rehearsals often use a shorter crew call or a line check when the room stays patched and the scene is unchanged. For a Sunday on the existing house rig, allow about 60–90 minutes before service; a portable or full-production setup needs 3–4 hours. If the room must be reset or new gear is added mid-week, we quote the extra setup time and gear.
For a new room, new PA, full band, or special service, a rehearsal-day call gives us time to tune the room, set vocal and sermon gains, tune monitors, save scenes, and fix issues before doors open. For a recurring Sunday on an unchanged house rig, a focused pre-service line check is often enough; we recommend the call that matches the show.
We can usually work from a church's existing X32 or WING console, PA, and IEM system. For larger Easter, Christmas, and youth events, we can bring a full PA deployment for sanctuaries up to about 700 seats. We confirm safe, grounded power near FOH and the stage, cable paths, and house-rig condition during the walkthrough, then itemize any power distribution, extra cable, speakers, monitors, or rental gear needed.
