Pricing, gear, crew, load-in time, weather, and payment terms — organized by the four rooms we run most. Click any question to expand.
You reach out through the website, contact form, or email. We confirm date, room, audience size, and the kind of show — service, keynote, festival band, touring act — within 24 hours.
For new venues or outdoor shows, we walk the site. For repeat rooms, we work from the spec sheet. You get a written quote with the tier breakdown, add-ons, and any rider-based adjustments.
The contract runs through DocuSeal — secure, mobile-friendly, signed in minutes. Once both sides have signed, the booking is on the calendar.
One week out, we confirm schedule, riders, load-in window, and any last-minute changes. For multi-act or touring bills, this is when we reconcile input lists and stage plots across all parties.
We arrive on the agreed window, set up, tune the room, and run soundcheck. For festival deployments, this is a full production day. For weekly services and residencies, it's the standard arrival.
We mix the show, cover the room, and stick around through the end. Wrap-out begins after load-out is complete; we leave the venue as we found it.
Invoice goes out the next business day. For larger engagements, settlement includes bar/door reconciliation against the contracted numbers. For recurring residencies, we check in 30 days in to make sure the program is working.
Send us a message. We'll answer the specific question about your show, your room, and your date.
