Our house-support tier (Tier 1) starts around $250/night for weekly services, with partial and full production tiers for special events running $350–$800/night. Recurring weekly residencies unlock a meaningful per-night discount. We send a written quote after a short conversation — no surprises on the invoice.

For most church services we operate your existing house rig — X32 / WING consoles, your PA, your IEM rig. For larger Easter, Christmas, and youth events we bring full PA deployments covering sanctuaries up to about 700 seats with proper headroom for full-band worship, not just spoken word.

Rooms under 300 seats typically need just one FOH engineer. Larger sanctuaries, contemporary services with full band, and rooms with monitor-world demands add a monitor engineer so vocalists and band members get dedicated mixes instead of fighting a single FOH compromise.

When we're working with your existing house rig, load-in is usually 60–90 minutes before service. Full production deployments need 3–4 hours. We work around your programming schedule — Saturday load-ins for Sunday morning services are standard, we'll be out before your next rehearsal block.

Most church work is indoor, so weather is rarely a factor. For outdoor Easter services, Christmas events, or block-party-style outreaches, we build the plan around an indoor backup or a covered stage. PA gear is rated for light exposure but not sustained rain — we'll talk through the wet-weather plan before you commit.

For worship bands and guest artists, we read the rider, flag anything problematic, and confirm requirements 7–10 days out. If a guest artist is bringing their own tech, we coordinate inputs, monitor world, and stage plot before load-in so soundcheck moves quickly.

Net-15 from show date for most engagements. Weekly residencies bill monthly. We send an invoice the business day after wrap — ACH preferred, card accepted. Larger events can split into a 50% deposit on contract and balance on show day.

Corporate events typically fall into the partial-production tier ($350–$550/night) for a clean panel setup or full-production tier ($550–$800) for awards nights with stage, lighting, and band. Half-day and full-day rates are available for multi-session conferences. Always a written quote after a short scoping call.

Wireless lavalier and handheld mic kits sized to your panel size (4–20 mics is routine), discreet confidence monitors for presenters, on-brand lighting washes, and a clean FOH footprint — no oversized festival rig. We tune for spoken word first and can flip into music mode for opening acts or closing bands.

Single FOH engineer covers most corporate rooms up to about 400 attendees. Larger rooms, multi-stage programs, or events with simultaneous translation add a stage manager / A2. The crew shows up presentable — black-on-black, no band tees — and stays out of your camera frames.

Half-day load-in for most corporate setups. We're flexible on early-morning access for before-business-hours load-ins at office towers and hotels. Load-out is fast — typically 60–90 minutes after the event ends.

Corporate work is overwhelmingly indoor, so weather is rarely a concern. We do pre-walk the venue for HVAC noise, ambient street noise, and any loading-dock acoustics that affect the spoken-word program. Outdoor company picnics and customer-appreciation events are scoped separately with weather-call terms spelled out in the quote.

For keynote speakers with their own A/V requirements, we coordinate via your event producer — shared tech riders, mic preferences, and stage plot merge into one plan. We bring the gear, your presenters bring whatever they need; we make sure it lands cleanly in the mix.

Festival work lands in the expanded / outdoor tier ($750–$1,200/night), priced by stage size, headcount target, and number of acts. Single-stage festivals in the 300–700 capacity band are our sweet spot. Multi-day festivals are quoted as a package with crew locked in across the run.

Extended-coverage line arrays with sufficient subwoofer count to cover outdoor ground plane, monitor world for 4–8 acts per stage, dedicated FOH and monitor consoles, and weather-rated cabling. Tuned for the full day — not just the headliner — so the opener and the closer both sound right.

For an outdoor stage up to 700 we typically run FOH engineer, monitor engineer, stage tech / A2, and a system tech at setup. Larger audiences or multi-stage lineups add a stage manager and dedicated patch/mic tech. We match crew to lineup so you're never paying for an empty seat.

Outdoor stage deployments need a full day for load-in — rigging, line array hang, sub stack, monitor world, and stage plot walk. Load-out is reverse: 4–6 hours after the last note. We coordinate with your festival producer on truck arrival windows and generator schedules.

Weather is a first-class concern for outdoor festivals. We build a rain plan into every outdoor quote — covered stage, weather-rated covers for consoles and amps, and a defined wind threshold for hang deferral. We will not hang a line array in conditions that are unsafe for crew or audience. Festival reschedules are written into the contract.

For multi-act festivals we collect all artist riders 2–3 weeks ahead, build a unified input list and monitor spec sheet, and reconcile anything that overlaps our rig's limits. Touring acts with their own FOH bring their tech directly; we hand off cleanly and cover monitor world from our side.

Festival inquiries typically come 60–90 days ahead. We move from inquiry to a site visit (if your venue is new to us) → quote → contract via DocuSeal → production meeting 2 weeks out → final rider reconciliation 1 week out → load-in → show → wrap. Site visits for new outdoor venues are coordinated with your production lead.

Standard festivals run on a 50% deposit on contract and 50% balance on load-in day, with settlement the week after wrap. Insurance certificates (COI) and W-9 are exchanged at contract signing. Multi-day events can spread into monthly billing if the festival run is longer than one calendar week.

Resident engineer programs run a flat monthly rate based on your show cadence and room size — typically the most cost-effective option for venues running 4+ shows per month. Touring support (one-off or touring-package coverage) is billed per-show at the house-support or full-production tier.

Most clubs and theaters we work with have an installed house rig — we operate it, tune it, and protect it. For rooms with aging systems, we offer system-optimization engagements that diagnose and tune without replacing the underlying install. Touring acts that need additional PA get supplemental deployment on top of your house rig.

One resident FOH engineer covers most clubs and theaters up to about 500 capacity. Larger rooms, or venues that draw touring acts with their own FOH, add a stage tech / A2 for changeovers. The resident program keeps the same engineer in your room week after week — no re-teaching the system to a new face each night.

For a resident program, your engineer is on-site by doors-open and stays through the headliner's last song. Touring-support engagements need a 2-hour pre-show window for changeover and line check — we'll coordinate with the touring FOH on shared inputs and stage plot.

Indoor venues don't usually have weather contingencies — beyond HVAC noise management and tuning for season-specific humidity. Outdoor venue programming (patios, beer gardens, parking-lot shows) gets the same rain plan treatment as festivals: weather-rated covers, defined deferral thresholds, and reschedule terms spelled out ahead of time.

For touring acts, we coordinate with the touring FOH/monitor tech directly. For local support, we handle input lists, monitor mixes, and gear requests based on the rider. Anything outside your house rig gets flagged, costed, and approved before the rider goes back to the buyer.

For resident programs: short site visit → system walk-through → monthly retainer quote → contract via DocuSeal → onboarding week where we tune the room and document the rig. For touring support: per-show coordination through your booking lead — we get the rider, send a confirmation, and show up ready.

Resident programs bill on the 1st of each month for that month's coverage, NET-15. Touring support is billed per-show, NET-15 from show date. Venues on a touring-package agreement (multi-bookings under one master contract) get a single monthly settlement to simplify your AP.
